We're looking for a driven, people-oriented sales professional to grow our client base across the region.
You'll be the face of East African Directory and Neptunes Solutions — identifying opportunities,
building relationships, and closing deals that help businesses get found.

Identify and generate leads through cold-calling, emailing, and direct meetings
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Market and promote Neptunes products and East African Directory listings
Build and maintain strong client relationships

Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions
Market and promote Neptunes products and services
Identify new opportunities and markets
Establish and maintain excellent client relationships
Keep and update records of meetings, calls, and closed deals
Negotiate all opportunities with prospects
Participate in determining pricing schedules for products and promotions
Prepare weekly and monthly reports
Follow up on client payments and quickly respond to sales enquiries
Resolve client concerns directly or escalate to appropriate departments
Stay updated with industry trends and competition
Gather and report customer feedback to appropriate departments
Ensure the sales team complies with company policies and ethics
Attend trade shows and events to build networks and partnerships
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma in IT, Marketing, Sales, Business or similar field
At least 8 months of sales experience
Excellent numerical and analytical skills
Commitment to excellent customer service
Self-motivated; able to work with minimal supervision
Proficient in email, Office apps, social media, and internet
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Patient, persevering, and resilient with a sense of urgency
Customer-centric; able to blend client needs with company offerings
Proven ability to submit timely reports
